Exswift Waste struggled to generate enquires through their website. Their online presence was weak and the website did not rank for their brand name on Google. Before JumpDT got involved Exswift Waste had no social media presence, the business did not have a Google MyBusiness and the website call-to-action was weak, receiving a bounce rate of over 80%
Solution:
We implemented our Digital Alignment System with a focus on establishing a better online presence. We applied website fixes and amendments to improve the speed and UX and added Tidio chatbot to assist visitors that land on the website. We set up Google Advertising using a blend of search and display advertising targeting within a local area and focusing on core products Exswift Waste provides. We created Facebook advertising to build and improve their brand presence
Our approach succeeded in affordably achieving top positions in paid search for long-tail unique queries and generated an uplift in online enquires.
