The healer behind Emotional Detox had reached the limits to deliver training services offline and was seeking alternative options to scale the business and increase availability to a wider audience. We took the client through our discovery process to identify digital ways to deliver training online and without the presence of the healer. After a few months of consulting with the client, the client produced training courses to host online behind a paywall. This would increase revenue and create a more scalable learning offering.

Tech stacking was a key factor in creating the CPD accredited course structure to ensure compliance and a full learning experience.
The existing website was integrated with a secondary website which housed the learning functionality. We used Infusionsoft by Keap, Memberium, and Learndash to create a fully automated customer journey.
To achieve the levels of accreditation and compliance that CPD required there was further integration of a learning management system that allows points to be added to the modules customers took. We implemented a quiz system to use with the courses.
The final layer to the tech stack was Infusonsoft by Keap that provided the CRM and automation that was required to allow email marketing campaigns and nurture campaigns.
The client now has an evergreen global learning portal allowing the business to expand their reach, increased student numbers, and a more sustainable revenue stream within an accelerated time frame.
